1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 897ph platform available at 897ph.club (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the Platform. 897ph reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of the 897ph Platform regardless of how they access it — whether via mobile browser, desktop browser, or any other supported device. The Platform is intended solely for use by individuals located in jurisdictions where online gaming is lawful.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use 897ph, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, or agent of 897ph, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or any method to obscure your true location in contravention of these Terms.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from 897ph or any affiliated platform.

3. Account Registration & KYC

Each player may maintain only one (1) 897ph account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

3.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information required during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information at all times.

3.2 KYC Verification

897ph is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations. You must submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS card, GSIS card, or PRC ID) and may be asked to provide proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. 897ph reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify 897ph support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 897ph will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

897ph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated. Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed on the deposit page. Deposits are generally credited to your 897ph wallet instantly, subject to the processing times of the selected payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours for verified accounts, depending on the selected method and volume of requests. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used for deposit or to accounts verified under your KYC documentation. 897ph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are specified in the cashier section.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

897ph complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Any deposits or withdrawals that appear inconsistent with normal gaming activity may be subject to enhanced due diligence review. 897ph reserves the right to delay, freeze, or decline any transaction that triggers AML concerns, and is required by law to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

897ph offers a range of bonuses and promotions including, but not limited to, the 100% welcome bonus, daily reload bonuses, free spins, referral rewards, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.

• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• 897ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players found abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or other fraudulent means — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts reviewed for suspension.
• 897ph's determination regarding the eligibility for and calculation of bonuses is final and binding.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games on the 897ph Platform are governed by the individual rules of each game, which are accessible within the game interface. 897ph partners exclusively with licensed and certified game providers including JILI, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, and others. All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error, 897ph reserves the right to void the affected round and refund any stakes placed. The published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific results in any individual session.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 897ph Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Operating multiple accounts
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting schemes
• Exploiting software errors or bugs for financial gain
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 897ph staff or other players
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 897ph Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game assets, graphics, text, software, and design elements, is the property of 897ph or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any 897ph content without prior written authorization.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 897ph, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or business interruption.

897ph's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit 897ph's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence.

10. Responsible Gaming

897ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of problem gambling. The following tools are available to all 897ph players and may be activated through your account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 897ph Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period chosen.

11. Termination & Suspension

897ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, if it determines that a player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform. Upon termination, any verified real-money balance (net of bonuses) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting 897ph support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of 897ph shall first be referred to 897ph's customer support for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

13. Amendments to These Terms

897ph may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 897ph will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notice at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the 897ph Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
